- Deliveries are fulfilled by MAIZEN’s internal logistics team within 3–5 business days in Tbilisi and 5–7 business days for other regions.
- Delivery cost and timeline may vary depending on the address and order volume.
- The customer will receive confirmation once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days only in cases of defective or damaged products.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- MAIZEN reserves the right to inspect the returned product before issuing a refund or replacement.
