Refund policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• The customer must notify MAIZEN within 7 calendar days by email at info@maizen.store.

• The returned product must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

• If the product is approved as defective, MAIZEN will offer a replacement or refund within 5 business days.

• Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged by improper use or storage.

  • Opened or consumed food/beverage items.

  • Products from limited or numbered series once opened.
